About CTTC Bhubaneswar
Located in Bhubaneswar, CTTC (Central Tool Room and Training Centre) is a centre for training, production, design, and consultancy. The centre was established for technical associations in India and Denmark government to meet requirements for specialised tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges, and other components as they are required in engineering. In 1991 training was started in CTTC for giving short and long-term term for different industry-oriented activities. The vision for which CTTC works is to achieve excellence for the centre in different activities associated with its activities. The centre also has a mission through which it encourages MSMEs by providing technological and skilled manpower support. There are many MSME tool rooms established by government of India at different locations including, Indore, Ahmedabad, Jalandhar, Kolkata, etc.

CTTC Bhubaneswar fee structure
- The fee structure of CTTC Bhubaneshwar is based on courses and duration and each course in each category of course have a different fee.
- Students from SC/ST caste can also take advantage of reservations where there is no fee charged for Short Term (NSQF) and Medium and Long Term (NSQF) courses.

Admission at CTTC is very easy as it can be done online.
- In-person application
- Application form can be obtained from the centre in person by paying Rs. 500/- or (200/- in case of SC/ST) and also by sending a demand draft of Rs. 500/- or (200/- in case of SC/ST) in favour of “Central Tool Room & Training Centre” payable at Bhubaneshwar
The steps to get admission at CTTC (for online courses) include-
- Log in on the website for registration and update your profile
- Click on the ‘Enroll now’ button
- After that, make the payment by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button
- The final step of the process is that on successful registration and application, the applicant will be notified and will have access to an online course
Note: The application for admission can also be made through a downloaded application form which needs to be mailed to the senior manager (Training) along with a demand draft (DD).
For offline or at-centre courses, the application process remains the same but at the time of ‘Pay Now’ applicants have to pay the admission fee of ₹ 1000 for seat confirmation. On successful registration, candidates have to submit the form of admission and fee receipt at the beginning of the batch.
CTTC Bhubaneshwar eligibility criteria
- Courses are categorised based on previous education and qualification of the applicant.
- Applicant must have scored 50% marks from a recognised board in matriculation and equivalent with Mathematics and Science (Physics or Chemistry or both).
- The criteria of 50% marks are 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST.
- Age criteria- The age of the candidate should be between 15 to 19 years for general candidates and it is relaxable to 22 years for candidates from SC-ST candidates.
