How does NI MSME do its recruitment?
The recruitment process of NI MSME may differ for different positions. However, here are a few common steps that may be included in the recruitment process:
- NI MSME first releases notifications for job opportunities on its official website. You can access these any time at your convenience at- https://www.NI MSME.org/.
- Interested candidates must apply in a specific format. They must submit their qualifications, work experience, and other essential information as requested. If the information specified in the application is missing or incorrect, the application will be rejected.
- After that, applications are screened to see whether the candidates meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Through the application, the institute examines the applicant’s experience, knowledge, experience and skills, etc. and understands the information.
Note: Only those candidates who have done 3-4 year degree in the field of engineering, medicine, or technology can apply.
- A written examination (Aptitude test) is conducted for some positions in which the technical and general knowledge of the candidates is evaluated.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview (or a Group Discussion round). Here, they are valued for their technical skills, knowledge, and other achievements.
- After shortlisting, the Document verification of the candidates is done for the final selection, in which their educational qualifications, work experience, and other necessary documents are verified.
- Candidates can get the job if they clear all the criteria. After the final selection, he is given an appointment letter.
