MSME Technology Centre, Indore was earlier known as Indo German Tool Room. One of the key objectives of these tool rooms established in the country is to impart knowledge and help MSMEs grow. It was set up under a bilateral agreement between the Government of India and Germany.

Apart from providing training, one of the key objectives of the ISO-9001:2015 certified Tool Room is to help MSMEs develop tools such as dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and so on. Admission process

The admission process for most of the above-mentioned courses includes selection through a written test followed by a personal interview.

Applications are invited every year from students across India through an advertisement. Usually, an advertisement is published each year in April or May.
