Modernizing this stadium came at the cost of ₹175 crore.

It took 1 year for completing the renovations

Three new reinforced concrete stands designated I, J, and K were built. 12000+ new seats built.

Light quad conical roofing held together by cables added. Replacing old roofing with pillars.
