How to register for Rajasthan tenders?

  • From the home page of the Rajasthan eProcurement portal, click on ‘Online Bidder Enrollment’.
  • A registration form will appear. Fill in all the required details.
  • Once all details are filled in, click on ‘Submit’.
  • On successful submission, you can use your credentials to log in to the Rajasthan eProcurement portal.
  • Next, you will have to log in, and map your DSC.

  • Now, one tender category from ‘Goods’, ‘Service’ and ‘Works’.

  • Select tender expiry date.
  • Enter the captcha.
  • A list of orgniastions along with a number of active tenders related to your entered filters will appear.
  • You can click on the number in front of the organisation. For example, if the result is ‘Rajasthan Council of School Education 35’, Click on 35 and the list of those active tenders will open.
  • Click on each tender for details.

Search by classification

  • If you prefer to apply for only a particular category of tenders, then you can click on Search by classification.
  • Select your preferred classification from the list provided.
  • Enter the captcha.
  • A list of tenders with your preferred classification will appear.

Click on the tender you wish to apply.

Points to remember

  • A digital signature certificate, once mapped to one user ID, can not be mapped to another user account.
  • The Rajasthan eProcurement portal offers a facility to upload commonly required documents for eTendering on the portal and save them in “My Documents”. This saves the bidder’s time and effort to upload these documents for each tender. They can easily select the ones to be attached to each application.

How to apply for Rajasthan eTenders?

Once you find the relevant tender on the eProcurement Rajasthan portal, here are the steps to apply for the same.

  • Open the tender and download all tender documents. These usually include a Tender Notice, BOQ, Terms and Conditions, etc.
  • Read the Tender Notice carefully. If you look at the Tender Notice Format usually it will have basic information, the scope of work, tender schedule, eligibility criteria, documents required, and so on
  • Start collating documents. Make a note of documents that you may have already saved on the portal. Leaving those, you can collate the rest of the documents and upload them.
  • Remember that for Rajasthan eTendering, the BOQ template must not be modified. You only need to fill in the required columns. Otherwise, your bid will be rejected.
  • Make a note of how Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) has to be deposited and the timelines. Once the EMD is deposited, an original copy of the deposit needs to be submitted to the Tender Authorities.
  • In order to finally submit your bid, you must click on the ‘Freeze bid button’. If you miss this step your bid will be considered as invalid.
